Ingredients

1-1.5 hours
  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1/4-1/2 cupdry oats
  3. 1 cantomato soup
  4. To tasteground black pepper
  5. To tastegarlic powder

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

    Mix ground beef with dry oats. Mix in 1-2 tbsp of tomato soup. Add pepper and garlic powder (and salt if wanted).

  3. 3

    Press into backing dish (smaller and deeper works better).

  4. 4

    Spoon in the rest of the tomato soup. Ensure top of meatloaf is fully covered.

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-1.5 hours.

  6. 6

    Slice into the middle to ensure hamburger is fully cooked.
