Steps

Slice the chikuwa in half lengthwise to make a boat shape. Squeeze or spread mayonnaise into the hollow center.

Place the edamame beans along the hollow on top of the mayonnaise, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Toast in a toaster oven at 1200W for 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
