1/4onion
1 tablespoon●soy sauce
1 tablespoon●mirin
1/2 tablespoon●sake

Boil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes♪

Add the chicken cut into bite-sized pieces♪

Continue to simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through♪

Add 2/3 of the beaten eggs and stir gently with chopsticks♪

Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 seconds♪

Add the remaining beaten eggs and simmer until softly set♪
