Cooking Instructions

Arrange 7 and 1/2 graham cracker sheets in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish, sprayed with Pam

In large bowl, combine 3 cups milk, cream cheese and pudding and mix on low speed 1 minute or until thick

Fold in Cool Whip
- 4
Spread half of pudding mixture over graham crackers and top with more crackers
- 5
Repeat with remaining half of pudding mixture and graham crackers

In saucepan,melt butter, chocolate and honey. mix well with whisk and remove from heat

Gradually add powdered sugar and 1/4 cup milk until well blended

Spread chocolate glaze over top crackers

Cover dessert and chill 4 hours

I often make chocolate bavarois, but I thought topping with chocolate syrup and cornflakes would be a fun and enjoyable texture, so I created this recipe! Since I didn't want to the chocolate syrup to be heavy, I put cream bavarois between the two chocolate layers. It looks nice and cool even from the appearance.Please remove from the bowl during Step 3 when the mixture starts to become thick! Please be careful not to thicken it too much. He told me that I have to use Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge for the brownie mix and Jell-o's Cook & Serve Vanilla for the vanilla pudding mix! So I made it like he said this time. Sometimes I put some brandy in as well, even though it's not listed in the ingredients... I think these eclair squares may be a little too sweet for Japanese tastes, but it seems that Americans would love it.Since this recipe is basically just mixing and baking, there aren't really any real tricks to it. I tend to add 2-3 teaspoons brandy to the brownie mix and 1/2-1 teaspoon to the vanilla pudding to give the eclairs a nice aroma. Recipe by Mama Imani cookpad.japan -
