  1. 1 boxlow-fat honey graham crackers
  2. 3 cupskim milk
  3. 2 packages(small) fat free instant vanilla pudding
  4. 18 oz tub low fat Cool Whip
  5. 1/4 cupskim milk
  6. 2 tbspstick butter or margerine, softened
  7. 2 tbsphoney
  8. 2 ozunsweetened chocolate, melted
  9. 18 oz tub fat free cream cheese, softened
  10. 1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar, sifted with whisk

    Arrange 7 and 1/2 graham cracker sheets in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish, sprayed with Pam

    In large bowl, combine 3 cups milk, cream cheese and pudding and mix on low speed 1 minute or until thick

    Fold in Cool Whip

  4. 4

    Spread half of pudding mixture over graham crackers and top with more crackers

  5. 5

    Repeat with remaining half of pudding mixture and graham crackers

  6. 6

    In saucepan,melt butter, chocolate and honey. mix well with whisk and remove from heat

  7. 7

    Gradually add powdered sugar and 1/4 cup milk until well blended

  8. 8

    Spread chocolate glaze over top crackers

  9. 9

    Cover dessert and chill 4 hours

  10. 10
