Ingredients

  1. 1 lbcrabmeat
  2. 1 1/2 tbspdry bread crumbs
  3. 2 tspchopped fresh parsley
  4. to tasteSalt & pepper
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 1/2 tbspmayonnaise
  7. 1/2 tspground dry mustard
  8. 1 dashhot pepper sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven broiler

  2. 2

    Mix crabmeat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt & pepper

  3. 3

    Beat together egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and mustard. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Form into patties. Place on a lightly greased boiler pan or baking sheet.

    Broil 10 to 15 minutes. Until lightly brown.
