Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the ingredients for the seasoning powder together.
(Adjust the amount of salt to your taste.) - 2
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then slice into half-moons about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3
Heat a pan, add oil, and grill the zucchini slices on both sides over medium heat.
(The photo shows half a zucchini.) - 4
Once the zucchini is cooked, turn off the heat, add the mixed seasoning powder, stir, and immediately transfer to a plate.
- 5
Note: If you leave the zucchini in the pan too long in step 4, the residual heat will melt the cheese and cause it to clump, so be careful.

I saw this recipe somewhere in a book, and changed it slightly when I put this recipe together. I've gotten many requests to make this again, especially from my boyfriend who's in love with it. Maybe you'll change your mind about other kinds of curry, too. Use leftovers to make curry bread. To balance out the flavor, I used vegetable juice that doesn't contain tomatoes. Simmer without covering the pan - this is to evaporate the acidic flavor. Adding tomatoes will make it taste like hayashi rice (hashed beef stew). If you'd like, give it a try. For 4 servings. When making sandwiches is troublesome, I planned something that my children and husband would eat as is. This is that delicious bread roll. When you are rolling the dough, it is sticky so it can be a bit stressful. I was easily able to make these rolls. Feel free to make them in whatever shape you like.Be sure to adjust the recipe to your oven's capability. For 6-8 rolls. Recipe by geosmin cookpad.japan -
Summer Veggie Curry Summer Veggie Curry

In addition to bell peppers, peppers and okra are also tasty. If you add potatoes (or kabocha squash), cook them through, then add when you add the roux.Adjust the amount of water to taste. My Curry Bread My Curry Bread
I've never liked store-bought curry bread. (They're too spicy for me, don't have a lot of solid ingredients in the filling, and goopy cold roux is not nice). So although this is very derivative, I've been making this chock-filled, chunky curry bread for about 10 years. I made these for the first time in a while since my husband requested them. I'm writing out the recipe for a friend, who asked me for it some time ago. I'm sorry it took me so long to upload it.You can use anything you like in the filling. (The ingredients listed are things I like, especially the spinach and noodles). If there's too much filling and it's hard to wrap the dough, reduce the amount of filling. I wrap them in my own way. I have small hands, so whenever I wrap filling in dough (for anpan sweet bean buns, or steamed bao etc.) I always use this method. Use whatever method works best for you. If you coat the buns with panko and deep fry them, they'll become regular curry bread. For 16 buns. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Curry Pizza Curry Pizza
This pizza has been popular with my kids ever since they were small, and even now that they are in high school. I guess this curry taste is soul food for Japanese people. You can also use curry powder instead of curry roux, but it will not thicken. This is all right for the pizzas, but it will be difficult to use as a filling for curry bread. I recommend using curry roux. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -
