Crispy BBQ Chicken Wings

Pour enough oil into a skillet to cover the chicken wings.

Once the oil is hot, add salt to the oil and stir to season the wings.

Add the chicken wings, cut in half, thoroughly washed, and with any feathers removed. Fry until they are crispy, making sure not to overcook them.

Once crispy, remove the wings and let them drain. Place them in a bowl, coat them well with BBQ sauce, and mix thoroughly. Serve with fries or rice.
