You can make this easily using a frozen seafood mix.

I was going to make pasta, but since I didn’t have a deep pot, I decided to use udon noodles for a quicker meal.

Season the thawed seafood mix with salt and black pepper.

Boil the udon noodles according to package instructions and drain.

Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the thawed seafood mix and stir-fry.

Before turning on the heat, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and a little grated garlic to the pan. Then turn on the heat. Do not let the garlic burn.

Add the stir-fried seafood mix and boiled udon noodles to the pan, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Season with salt, black pepper, and chicken bouillon powder to taste.

Top with sliced shiso leaves before serving.
