Easy Microwave Mochi Ice Cream
Perfect for when you have a small craving. I wrapped ice cream in mochi. This is my daughter's fourth creation.
The origin of this recipe: An idea using shiratamako (sweet rice flour)!!
Steps

Mix the shiratamako and water with a spatula until smooth, then add the sugar.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.

Stir well, microwave for another 2 minutes, stir again, and microwave for a final 2 minutes.

Dust a dish with potato starch and coat the mochi completely.

Once the mochi has cooled to about body temperature, flatten it and wrap it around the ice cream.
