Cut the ingredients. Slice the sausages diagonally. Cut the onion and bell pepper into about 1/5 inch pieces. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion, then the sausages, followed by the bell pepper and cabbage. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Once the vegetables are tender, add the noodles, which have been microwaved for about 50 seconds [see tips below], and stir-fry with ketchup and mayonnaise.

Serve on a plate and top with parsley or grated Parmesan cheese. Add a fried egg if you like, and it's ready to enjoy!
