Kids love corn, and these fritters make a perfect snack for adults too!
Recipe Background: I wanted to recreate the corn tempura I enjoyed as a side dish at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, so I made it at home.

Use canned corn for this recipe.

Drain the corn and place it in a bowl, leaving a little bit of the liquid for moisture.

Add the chicken bouillon powder and mix well. (Recently, my family has been enjoying this with chicken bouillon.)

Add the all-purpose flour and cornstarch, then mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes slightly sticky.

Shape the mixture into bite-sized portions with a spoon and fry in oil at 320°F (160°C) until golden brown.
