Crock pot chicken taco soup

Ingredients

  1. 3boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 2 cansrotel
  3. 2 cansdiced tomatoes
  4. 2 cansblack beans
  5. 2 canskidney beans
  6. 2 canspinto beans
  7. 2 packetstaco seasoning
  8. 2 packetsranch seasoning
  9. 1 boxchicken broth
  10. 3bay leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot

  2. 2

    Add rotel and diced tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add taco and ranch seasoning

  4. 4

    Open and drain beans

  5. 5

    Add beans and bay leaves

  6. 6

    Pour in chicken broth

  7. 7

    Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.

  8. 8

    Once cooked stir and break up chicken.

  9. 9

    Remove bay leaves and enjoy

  10. 10

    Can garnish with sour cream and cheese
