Mom's Kansai-Style Oden Broth

★Featured on 2/8/2014★
Part 14 of the family recipes I want to pass on to my daughter. This is a super easy, sweet Kansai-style oden broth with a rich flavor.
How this recipe came about:
Store-bought oden broth just isn't enough!
My whole family loves oden simmered in a sweet and savory broth.
I usually make it by taste, but this time I measured the amounts.
