Place the sliced apples in a frying pan, add lemon juice and sugar, and mix lightly.

Let it sit for a while until the juices start to come out, then cook over high heat, stirring to avoid burning, until it thickens to your desired consistency. It's ready when it reaches your preferred texture☆
