1/2medium onion
1serving udon noodles

Thinly slice the onion. If using green onions, slice them as well.

Add the bulgogi beef and sliced onion to a skillet and stir-fry.

When almost cooked through, add the udon noodles.

Once everything is heated and the noodles have absorbed the flavors, it's ready! Top with green onions or sesame seeds if you like. A raw egg is also delicious for a sukiyaki-style twist!
