Ingredients

  • Leftover roti (cut into 1 inch pieces) 4
  • 1/4 CupGreen peas
  • 1Carrot (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonMustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram Masala
  • 1Green Chilli (Slit)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TablespoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a karahi, heat oil, add chilli and mustard seeds, allow to splutter.

  2. 2

    Add peas and carrot, cook until it turns soft.

  3. 3

    Add in the roti along with salt and garam masala, mix and cook until heated through.

  4. 4

    Serve with a steaming cup of tea.
