Rosemary Roasted Cashews with a Brandy Glaze

Steps

Preheat oven to 350F/180C.

On medium heat add everything in a saucepan except the cashews and stir.

Once the sauce starts to bubble and thicken.

Toss in the cashews.

Fully coat the cashews cooking them for a few minutes.

Place them on parchment paper separated from each other so they don't stick.

Bake for 10 minutes or until they become a beautiful glazed brown color.

Allow to cool and serve.

Notes: Add in your favorite spices, herbs and nuts. Instead of Brandy you can also use Whiskey.
