Steps

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the barley on it, and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let it cool completely, then add your choice of dried fruit and ingredients a). Mix everything quickly and thoroughly.

Spread the mixture again on the baking sheet and bake at 300°F (150°C) for another 15 minutes.
