Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Heat a tamagoyaki pan (or small nonstick skillet) thoroughly, then add oil and spread it evenly.

Pour about one-third of the egg mixture into the pan. Quickly roll the egg from the far side toward you as it cooks.

Once rolled to the front, move the rolled egg to the back of the pan. Pour more egg mixture into the empty space and repeat the rolling process 2 or 3 times until all the mixture is used.

At the end, let it brown slightly for extra flavor.
