In a mixing bowl, make a firm dough with flour and water. Keep aside.

In a wok, heat oil, add in the onion along with tomato sauce, chili sauce and soy sauce, saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt.

In another bowl, break the eggs, season with salt an pepper and mix well.

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll into rotis.

On a heated griddle, place a roti, flip after 30 seconds, pour and spread 2-3 tablespoons of the egg mixture, ounce cooked, take off from the griddle place some of the onion mixture and roll. Repeat to make several rolls.

Serve hot with your choice of beverage.
