In a mixing bowl, mix together the idli mix, curd, warm water, 1 tablespoon oil and salt. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.

Fill the mixture in idli mould and microwave for 4-5 minutes.

Cut the idlis into four pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and mustard seeds, allow to splutter. Add in the idli and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Serve with a steaming cup of coffee.
