Ingredients

Makes about 3/4 cup (about 200 ml)
  • 3 tablespoonssesame paste
  • 3 tablespoonsmiso
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonmirin
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 2-3 tablespoonswater

Steps

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk until combined.

    Mix with mayonnaise for a sesame-flavored dip. You can also drizzle it over boiled vegetables.
