Ingredients

  1. As neededgyoza (dumplings)
  2. As neededcornstarch
  3. 1resealable freezer bag (like Ziploc)

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread cornstarch evenly over a plate.

  2. 2

    Place the gyoza on the plate with cornstarch. A flat tray works too.

    Coat the gyoza all over with cornstarch.

    Cover with plastic wrap and place the whole plate in the freezer.

  5. 5

    Once the gyoza are frozen, take them out and transfer them to a resealable freezer bag. This way, you can easily separate them when you want to cook.

    For delicious results, sprinkle water on the frozen gyoza and steam-fry them.
