Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/4 cupbutter
  3. 4 tbspsugar powder
  4. 3 tbsprose syrup
  5. 5 tbsprose pattles chopped
  6. 2 tbspmilk powder
  7. baking powder1/4tsp
  8. milk if needed otherwise no need to add

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve maida milk powder baking powder togather in a bowl

  2. 2

    Beat butter and sugar till creamy and soft

  3. 3

    Add sugar syrup rose essence rose pattles mix well

  4. 4

    Add maida mixture and make a dough

  5. 5

    Roll dough cut with cookie cutter

  6. 6

    Bake it for 15 min 180' and ready

  7. 7

    Let it cool down before serving
