Ingredients

  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 5 tbsprose syrup
  3. 2 tbspsugar powder
  4. 100 gmschina grass powder
  5. 2 tbsprose pattles chopped
  6. 3 tbsproasted chopped almonds
  7. 1/4 cupsugar for chikki
  8. oil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix milk china grass powder rose syrup and sugar powder in a vessle

  2. 2

    Boil this mixture for few minutes

  3. 3

    Pour this milk mixture in a desired mould of your choice

  4. 4

    Keep this mould in fridger for 30 min to set properly

  5. 5

    For chikki take sugar in a pan and cook it till caremelised

  6. 6

    After caremelisation pour this sugar on a greesed plate

  7. 7

    Imigiatly sprinkle almonds and rose pettles over it and let it cool down

  8. 8

    Make pieces

  9. 9

    Demould pudding in a plate garnish and seve with chikki..
