Easy Tonkatsu Sauce and Tonkatsu Recipe

"The sauce is delicious!" is the praise I get from my family for this sauce and the crispy, tasty tonkatsu! I'm so happy when they ask for it again, it really motivates me.
The origin of this recipe
I made this because someone wanted to eat tonkatsu. I finished making it casually, and since they said it was delicious, I decided to share it, but I only have a photo of the finished dish. I'll add more photos next time I make it.

Mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sake, ketchup, and mayonnaise together, then add sugar and mix well. (Add mustard if you like)

Add ground sesame seeds before eating and mix.

For the tonkatsu, remove excess fat, make small cuts on both sides, and pierce with a fork.

Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper, tenderize with the back of a knife, coat with potato starch, then dip in beaten eggs.

Coat the egg-dipped pork cutlets with flour, dip again in eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Deep fry in enough vegetable oil at 350°F until golden brown and bubbles become larger, indicating it's cooked through.

Cut the pork cutlets as desired, mix the ground sesame seeds into the sauce made earlier, and pour over the cutlets to serve.
