Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupwarm water (or flat beer)
  • 2 tbspolive oil (or veg.oil)
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 2 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 1/4 tspyeast ( or 1 envelope)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put ingredients in bread machine, in order. (Yeast needs to be on top, not touching water)

  2. 2

    Turn machine on. After the kneading step, remove from machine, put in bowl and cover with towel for one hour while it rises (it will double in size)

  3. 3

    Punch dough down. Roll out on floured surface, or toss.

  4. 4

    Bake at 450°F on a heated pizza stone. 6-8 minutes before adding toppings and about 8 minutes after adding toppings.
