Mix the ground meat with white pepper, salt, soy sauce, rice wine, flavor enhancer, cornstarch, rice wine, and the drained liquid from the canned corn. Stir clockwise until slightly sticky.

Add the corn and chopped green onions. Mix well.

Refrigerate for one hour to firm up the filling, making it easier to wrap.

Stretch the dumpling wrappers into rectangles.

Place the filling in the center and pinch the edges tightly.

Add a little oil to a frying pan and place the potstickers in it.

Add water to cover 1/3 of the potstickers. Cover with a lid and cook until you hear a loud sizzling sound, then they're done.
