Ingredients

Serves 2–3 servings
  • 1 bagedamame (in pods)
  • Salt, to taste (in addition to the salt used for rubbing)

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub the edamame pods with salt, then rinse them.

  2. 2

    Arrange the edamame in a single layer in a toaster oven and grill at 550W for about 6–7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy.
