Serves 2–3 servings

1 bagedamame (in pods)
Salt, to taste (in addition to the salt used for rubbing)

Steps

Rub the edamame pods with salt, then rinse them.

Arrange the edamame in a single layer in a toaster oven and grill at 550W for about 6–7 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy.
