With garlic-flavored salt, anything tastes delicious!

After making sautéed okra with mayo, I thought edamame would taste great with this too!

Heat olive oil in a skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the edamame (washed and scrubbed). If the edamame is dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of water.

Sprinkle with garlic salt, cover, and steam-roast for 3 minutes. Stir, then cook for another 2 minutes.

If you add water, add a little extra salt as needed.
