Just Add and Simmer! Super Easy Dumpling Soup
You can make this easily whenever you suddenly crave it!
Recipe background:
I couldn't find a soup that matched my taste, so I adjusted and created this one.
The idea is the kind of soup you get at a Chinese restaurant when you order fried rice.
If you don't have much appetite, you can add roughly chopped vegetables.
Adding a little garlic paste will also change up the flavor!

- 1
Add all the ingredients to a pot. Once the soup comes to a boil, add the dumplings.
- 2
If you boil the dumplings too vigorously, the wrappers may break. So, first bring the soup to a boil, then add the dumplings, reduce to low heat, and let them thaw gently to avoid breaking.
- 3
Note:
Some store-bought dumplings labeled as 'with crispy wings' have a coating (like potato starch) to create the wings. - 4
If you add these directly, the soup can get cloudy. If you prefer, microwave the dumplings for about 1 minute to remove the coating easily, then add them to the soup.
