Teriyaki Chicken Mayo Rice Bowl

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a plastic bag and season with the ingredients marked ☆. For more details, see (Recipe ID:20875396).

Tear the maitake mushrooms into pieces. Mix together the ● sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat a frying pan and add the chicken. Cook over medium heat until browned.

Add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the ● sauce mixture and simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the teriyaki chicken and lettuce, and finish with mayonnaise, green onions, and your choice of toppings.
