Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag and add 3 tablespoons of onion koji
* Use onion koji in an amount equal to 10% of the chicken breast weight - 2
Refrigerate for at least one night

Take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour

Coat a baking tray with olive oil and place the chicken on it

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes

After baking, leave it in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes
