Ingredients

Makes 15 pieces
  • 10 1/2 ozthinly sliced pork loin (300g)
  • Batter
  • 1egg
  • 3 1/2 tablespoonswater (50ml)
  • 5 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  • as neededPanko breadcrumbs,
  • as neededVegetable oil for frying,
  • Tonkatsu sauce or your favorite sauce, as much as you like

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll up the pork slices as shown in the photo.

    Coat each roll in the batter, then in panko breadcrumbs.

    Fry in oil at 390°F (200°C) until golden brown.

    Drain the oil and serve on a plate. Enjoy with sauce of your choice.
