Grind sama rice and sabudana to very fine powder separately.

In one bowl put sama rice powder and sabudana powder add curd mix.

Add water and salt mix cover and keep aside for 1 hr.

After one hr add baking soda mix.and add oil alshoo

Take muffin mould fill them with batter. Spread black pepper powder.

Steam them for 20-25 mnts or till done. Remove from fire and let them cool. Remove from muffin mould Dhokla are ready.

Heat oil in pan add mustard seed, cumin seeds and curry leaves.spread them on dhokla.

Serve hot or cold.
