- Take the pork out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Slice the garlic thinly and sauté in a frying pan with sesame oil until golden brown, then remove and set aside. Leave the pan as is for later use!

Once the pork is at room temperature, make about 10 cuts across the surface to tenderize, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, lightly coat both sides with all-purpose flour.

Place the pork from step 3 into the frying pan from step 2, and cook over medium heat until both sides are crispy. Add the sauce and simmer until it thickens.

Once thickened, add the garlic slices from the preparation step and turn off the heat.

Serve on a plate and enjoy. Shredded cabbage, steamed sweet potatoes, and carrots make great sides.
