Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 2.6 lbsbone-in chicken thighs
  2. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  3. as neededHerb salt,
  4. Lemon salt is also great!
  5. Truffle salt is also great! (If using truffle salt, truffle oil is recommended instead of olive oil!)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Use the tray that comes with the meat.

    Poke the meat with a fork to allow the flavors to penetrate (be careful not to puncture the tray) and rub with herb salt and olive oil.

    While preheating, wash, boil, or chop salad ingredients for preparation.

    If preparing in advance, tie the tray in a plastic bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator.

    Once preheated, bake the chicken for 25 minutes (adjust according to your oven's settings).

    A lot of fat will render, so it's good to place the chicken on a paper towel before plating.

    The combination of truffle oil and truffle salt is also rich in flavor!

    As for the type of chicken, drumsticks, wings, and legs are sometimes available at German supermarkets, but thighs are always available, so I chose them.

お立ち寄りくださりありがとうございます♪通勤合間に今日は何にしようかなとクックを覗いておりますが、レポに至らず…子どもの受験が2年続いておりますが、それぞれ向き合い方も異なるので母にとっても勉強の日々です。兄は塾ではあまり食べず(腹パンになると眠くなる)、娘は応援してほしいタイプのようで、昼夜お弁当を届けてます(塾の冷房で身体が冷えるので温かいものが食べたい)。受験生応援中💪夫(単身赴任)、息子(大学生)、娘(高校生)、フル勤ママな家族です。
