When I first arrived in Germany, I didn't know what or how to cook, so I started by seasoning and baking with different flavors. It's easy and delicious, so I wanted to share it as a recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Use the tray that comes with the meat.

Poke the meat with a fork to allow the flavors to penetrate (be careful not to puncture the tray) and rub with herb salt and olive oil.

While preheating, wash, boil, or chop salad ingredients for preparation.

If preparing in advance, tie the tray in a plastic bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator.

Once preheated, bake the chicken for 25 minutes (adjust according to your oven's settings).

A lot of fat will render, so it's good to place the chicken on a paper towel before plating.

The combination of truffle oil and truffle salt is also rich in flavor!

As for the type of chicken, drumsticks, wings, and legs are sometimes available at German supermarkets, but thighs are always available, so I chose them.
