Ingredients

1jalapeño chopped and seeded (I used only 1/2)
2 tablespoonsred peppers chopped
2 tablespoonsonion chopped
2stripes of bacon
16 ozfrozen corn
1/2 teaspooncumin
1 tablespoonbutter
to tasteSalt

Steps

Cook the bacon. And reserve the grease & set aside

When bacon is done, remove from pan. And cook the jalapeño, onion & red pepper in 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. For about 3 minutes

Add the corn to the peppers & onion. Add the butter salt and cumin.
