Pre heat oven to 350

Steam 8 red potatoes until they are soft. I use a steam lock bag for the microwave

When the potatoes are nice and soft cut them up into circles and cover the bottom of the casserole dish

Place the green beans and the carrots in the microwave for required steam time.

While the veggies are in the microwave, brown the ground beef

Once the ground beef is cooked, drain the fat. Take 1 can of the cream of mushroom soup and mix it with the ground beef.

Spread the ground beef over the potatoes.

Take the steam carrots and spread them over the ground beef.

Take the steamed green beans and lay them over the carrots.

Take the second can of cream of mushroom soup and spread it over the green beans.

Sprinkle the cheese on rope of the casserole.

Sprinkle the French's onions on top of the cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, enough time to melt the cheese
