Ingredients

  1. 1 packchicken thighs no bone or skin
  2. 1/2 cuplow sodium soy sauce
  3. Halfa cup hoisin sauce
  4. 1/3 tablespoonoyster sauce
  5. 1 splashsesame oil
  6. Halfa jar of pesto
  7. 1 packspaghetti noodles
  8. 1 splashheavy cream optional
  9. Your favorite seasoning
  10. Halfa cup of pasta water on the side
  11. Dusking of flour or to lightly cover chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken in to bite sized pieces Marinate chicken thighs in seasoning soy sauce sesame oil hoisin sauce oyster sauce and dusk with flour then set aside for later

    And a large pot boil water with salt cook pasta of your choice once Al Dente or soft turn off pot

    In a pan cook chicken thighs on both sides till golden brown on each side then set aside

  4. 4

    In the same pan add cream and pesto until a light green color then add chicken and pasta if too thick add a bit of the pasta water if too thin add more pesto or let cook a bit more

  5. 5

    Once at a desired thickness it's done if you want more color add some cherry tomatoes then enjoy
