Steps
- 1
Slice the vegetables (bell peppers, onion, and zucchini) into strips. Set aside.
- 2
Season the chicken cutlets with a little black pepper and salt. Set aside.
- 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Once hot, add the chicken cutlets and cook until they develop a golden crust.
- 4
Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into strips and set aside.
- 5
In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté briefly.
- 6
Next, add one of the bell peppers.
- 7
Stir a couple of times, then add the next bell pepper.
- 8
Stir again, then add the last bell pepper.
- 9
Finally, add the zucchini, as it tends to soften quickly.
- 10
If you prefer the vegetables well-cooked, let them cook for a few more minutes. Otherwise, just stir a couple of times, then add the chicken strips and a few drops of seasoning sauce.
- 11
Mix everything together and it's ready to serve. Enjoy with spaghetti, your favorite salsa, and a couple of quesadillas.
