Super Easy! Layered Pork Cutlet

Use mayonnaise instead of eggs for a two-step breading process. Mix everything except the breadcrumbs, and the prep is done in no time! The origin of this recipe: Breading for frying was very tedious, so I mixed everything together for a stress-free experience.

Use mayonnaise instead of eggs for a two-step breading process. Mix everything except the breadcrumbs, and the prep is done in no time! The origin of this recipe: Breading for frying was very tedious, so I mixed everything together for a stress-free experience.
Steps
- 1
Fold two slices of pork in half while still in the package.
- 2
- 3
Mix the ingredients marked with an asterisk (*) in a bowl. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- 4
Dip the pork from step 1 into the bowl with the asterisk-marked ingredients, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 5
Now just fry them! For draining oil, a strainer and paper towels work perfectly fine.
- 6
Note: Using mayonnaise in the coating makes it prone to oil splatter!
