Apple Cider Pulled Chicken Tartine Apple Cider Pulled Chicken Tartine
I was given a bottle of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar as part of the Alce Nero's sponsorship. I didn't really make use of it. Instead, I add 2 TBSP of it into my drinking bottle as I know that apple cider vinegar act as an antioxidant and aids in weight loss. I also usually add apple cider to my salads as well. Other than that, I don't really know what to do with it. Call it a coincident or whatever you want to, I found a crock pot which my mother gave me ages ago in my storeroom; I was in a spring cleaning mood. As I unboxed the crock pot, I remembered my mother used to make apple chicken soup. And I also remembered that apple cider is the main ingredient.I phoned up my mum and asked for the recipe. Somehow or rather, I can't help but change the whole recipe and make it into my own. I replaced the Chinese herbs with some Western spices. Instead of adding chicken stock, I only use apple cider vinegar as the only liquid ingredient. My mother will be thinking that I must be crazy. Lol! Anyway, as I was cooking the chicken, I kinda improvised along the way and this is how this open faced sandwich is born. The magic of using a crock pot or slow cooker is that it is able to retain the liquid. It will not dry out the chicken breast or any other kinda meat and you don't have to worry about the dish burning. Maybe I should start using the crock pot more often. I am thinking of BBQ pulled chicken or even teriyaki pulled chicken. Let's see. As for now, I really hope you wil Daniel Lim -

California Farm Forever Apple Cider Vinegar California Farm Forever Apple Cider Vinegar
You can make apple cider vinegar “with the mother” from apple juice in 3 weeks, add more juice every 3 weeks, let it ferment all year from apple harvest to apple harvest, while using it. Out of season, you can use frozen apple juice. The vinegar mother is the culture of acetic bacteria that ferments apple juice to vinegar. You can see it, it is the grey film in the fermenting juice. We have a little tabletop press to make apple juice, but you don’t need one, following the recipe of cookpad member Nadia from Turkey, immersing fresh apples in distilled water for six months and adding raw vinegar. Apple Cider Smoked Pork Apple Cider Smoked Pork
Sometimes things are quick and easy, sometimes they're long and complicated while other times they're still extremely simple yet take time and patience to prepare. This is one of those recipes, but I promise if you have the time, the patience and the tools you will not regret making this recipe. Starting with a brine is the key to begin building the flavor profile and ensuring your meat is moist and succulent. This is one recipe that is all my own from the ground up. We enjoyed it immensely so I truly hope you do too. StephieCanCook -

Soy Sauce Flavored Chicken in Cream Sauce Soy Sauce Flavored Chicken in Cream Sauce
Generally speaking, a cream sauce flavor doesn't go well with rice. But I still want to eat it with rice… So I came up with this recipe that would go well with rice.It has a strong flavor, so would go well with rice and/or sake (beer or wine). Please try it as a pasta sauce too!If you use a heavy cream that has more than 35% fat content (I strongly recommend 42% in particular!), the sauce will become tastier with added creaminess and richness. Please use any kind of mushroom you like. The heavy cream will start to separate when heated excessively, so make sure to add it right before serving. All-Purpose Fish Sauce All-Purpose Fish Sauce
I made this fish sauce so that even those who don't like regular fish sauce can enjoy it. It's a strong flavored fish but you'll get used to it, it will become delicious, and you'll want to have some more. This sauce is perfect if eaten with fresh spring rolls or fruit salad. You can substitute the lime juice, honey, and Tabasco for lemon juice, sugar, and doubanjiang, but the taste will be completely different, so please find a flavor that you enjoy. If you're not a fan of spicy foods, you can adjust the amount of Tabasco. This recipe is a bit spicy. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -
Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce
Meat in chicken wings is sweet and soft, surrounded by enough skin, fried into golden-brown and covered with a kind of sauce that is made from fish sauce + sugar + ground black pepper + aromatic and crispy shallots and garlic. Very suitable for young people and children. One bite of this fried chicken wing with fish sauce helps you quickly "finish" not only the whole bowl of rice but also sticky rice or the whole plate of chicken wings. To prepare as a snack for beer, use less fish sauce in the mixture of sauce. (contributed by The Vy) cookpad vietnam -

Super Easy Fish Sauce Wings Super Easy Fish Sauce Wings
These turned out very good. I was afraid they would have a heavy fish sauce taste, I marinated them for 3 hours. I couldn't be more wrong. They were crisp outside, tender inside, cooked through. Nice flavor that wasn't overpowering at all.I'm not a fan of frying, but these were so easy, and good, they will be on the menu more often. There seems to be a lot of steps, but I wanted everyone to see in reality how easy it is, and what to expect. So don't let the number of steps scare you off. Fo Fa
