Knead the bread flour through dry yeast in a bread machine for 15 minutes.

Add butter and knead for another 15 minutes.

Let rise at 86°F (30°C) for 60 minutes (first proof).

Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape into balls.

Roll out with a rolling pin to about 4 inches in diameter.

Let rise at 95°F (35°C) for 30 minutes (second proof).

If desired, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C), then lower to 390°F (200°C) and bake for 10-13 minutes until done!

Before adding the hamburger, cut in half and toast the cut side in a skillet for a crispy inside and fluffy bun.
