Ingredients

8 waffles
  1. 225 gAll-purpose Flour or 1 1/2 cups
  2. 60 gCornstarch
  3. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonBaking Soda
  5. 1 teaspoonBaking Powder
  6. 2Eggs
  7. 3/4 cupVegetable Oil
  8. 1 cupPlain Yogurt
  9. 1 cupMilk
  10. 2 teaspoonVanilla Extract
  11. 3 tablespoonsSugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

    In a small bowl, beat eggs, then oil, yogurt, milk, vanilla and sugar. Whisk everything until well combined.

    Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into it. Whisk every just until combined, little tiny lumps are okay. Don’t overmix.

    Preheat waffle iron while preparing a cooling rack to put the waffles.

  5. 5

    Fill in the waffle iron, making sure the corners are filled, but also don’t over fill. Cook them until golden.
