Even when you don't have much of an appetite, you can enjoy this with rice... It can be made in no time.

I love sweet peppers, and I first made this as a kinpira dish.
Steps

Cut the sweet peppers into bite-sized pieces and lightly stir-fry them in a small pan. Once they start to brown slightly, add about two splashes of sesame oil to the side of the pan and continue to stir-fry.

Add the can of tuna, and pour soy sauce along the side of the pan just like the sesame oil. Lightly stir-fry everything together, and it's ready to serve.
