I love smoothies in the morning- this simple recipe will get you going and is chuck full of nutrients!!

Ingredients

  1. 3bananas
  2. 10 ouncesWhole mixed berries(frozen)
  3. 6 ouncesfresh raspberries
  4. 1 handfulfresh kale
  5. Your choice of yogurt(I used Triple Berry Tart yogurt by lifeway
  6. 2 teaspoonsGround Premium Flaxseed
  7. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peal bananas and place in blender

  2. 2

    Next add the frozen berries, raspberries and kale

  3. 3

    Add in your liquids: yogurt and water

  4. 4

    Add 2 teaspoons of ground flaxseed

  5. 5

    Blend these ingredients in your blender

  6. 6

    Enjoy your berry breakfast smoothie
