Healthy and tasty peanut ladoo is very simple recipe .Peanuts are rich in monounsaturated fats, the type of fat that is emphasized in the heart-healthy .Peanuts are good sources of vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese.This recipe requires only two basic ingredients peanut and Jaggery.

Steps

Roast peanuts and peel of the skin and keep it aside.

Take jaggery in a saucepan,add very little water and boil it. Melt the jaggery and allow it to boil till one string consistency comes.

We can check this by putting the syrup in cold water. once the syrup settles like a ball,it is done.

Then add the roasted peanuts and mix well.Remove from flame and keep it aside.once it is little cool make ladoo using little ghee,so that it does not stick to hands.

Store it in air tight container.
